CEO & Sacred Legacy Visionary

Born into a food-loving Italian family, Justine began her culinary journey at 13 in their restaurant. She honed her skills managing renowned establishments like St Elmo’s Waterfront, Cape Town, and explored innovative food techniques at Harrods and Avenance Catering in London.

Driven by her artistic spirit (reflected in her internationally sold artwork and recent acting endeavors), Justine transitioned into a spiritual entrepreneur.

Combining her passion for food , art and mindful living, she created Sacred Delights as a consumer product division of Sacred Legacy.

The premiere product from Sacred Delights is Aphrodite, a line of exquisite consciously crafted nougat that embodies Justine’s belief in mindful indulgence and celebrating life’s moments.

Through unique flavors and thoughtful ingredients, her creations aim to spark joy, inspire self-connection, and offer a taste of conscious living.

Megan

Creative Director

With over 25 years in the design industry, Megan Fagan has gained a wealth of experience in both the corporate and private sectors. Her clients range from personal brands and influencers to large corporate in the capacity as a lead designer in an agency, an agency owner, private contractor, and freelancer. She works with clients from Japan to Canada, many of them over the span of decades.

She has had experience in numerous sectors, but it is her ability to deep dive into the essence of a brand or product, and extract its authentic identity and creative potential to build a strategic brand that forms the creative bridge between the idea and the ideal target. A vision translator of sorts.

Megan is honoured and excited to be part of the Sacred Delights and Sacred Legacy team, and is deeply aligned to the driving principles of conscious creation and
intentional action that strives to build a better tomorrow for humanity.

Emma

Head of Culinary Innovation

Emma-Claire Peter started off her culinary career in food styling and publishing after graduating from the Institute of Culinary Arts, Stellenbosch, South Africa. Em, as she’s fondly called by many, has been entrusted as the Development Chef for Sacred Delights, not only to bring her wide range of expertise together but to help drive and position
the brand with aligned stockists and suppliers.

Emma has been intricately involved in the culinary industry both locally and internationally, most recently producing Plant Forward Kitchen for Food at Google in partnership with the Culinary Institute of America and now runs her own culinary innovation consultancy with her first clients based in Dubai.

Previous roles include managing the culinary & beverage portfolio at Lobster Ink for 4 years, restaurant and chefs’ theater coordinator for TASTE festivals SA and working with Liam Tomlin and his Chefs Warehouse Group; setting up The Grocer at LOCAL at Heritage Square, kicking off pop ups at The Kitchen Collective and launching a FMCG hospitality brand, Temptations, as well as project managing a cookbook that’s yet to be released.

As a Sagittarius, Em loves to travel and experience the world and is ecstatic to see how many corners of the world Sacred Delights will reach.

Bose

Head of Global Relations

A passionate connector with a heart for Africa, Bose brings a vibrant energy to Sacred Legacy. With a 19-year retail marketing and events background, she’s driven top FMCG brands like Debonairs Pizza and Mugg & Bean, fostering unforgettable customer experiences.

Beyond business, Bose is an Aquarian who thrives in creativity. She explores the healing power of Africa and expresses her passion through writing and culinary adventures.

This unique blend of business savvy and artistic spirit allows her to connect with people on a deeper level, making Sacred Legacy’s story resonate with a wider audience.

Tracy

Head of Business Development

Tracy Degoumois is a seasoned Communications, Marketing, and Sales professional with an impressive career spanning over 25 years. Her expertise is marked by global awards and a strong background in brand management.

Tracy’s approach is driven by a passion for return on investment and an intuitive edge that she brings to each project. Her notable roles include serving as Brand Manager for Oakley South Africa and a tenure in digital sales, working in a Business Development Management role for BT Openworld in the UK.

For the past 15 years, Tracy has been at the helm of her own consulting business, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and versatility. Currently, she is dedicated to managing luxury travel brands and real estate, continuing to expand her diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial ventures.

Tracy’s multifaceted career is a testament to her adaptability and forward-thinking mindset in the dynamic fields of marketing, sales and business development.

Catt

Head of Scientific Research

Mokgethwa Mashiane, also known as Catt, is a dedicated natural scientist with over a decade of experience in laboratory analysis and management. Mokgethwa has since established a reputation for precision and leadership in laboratory management.

With a deep commitment to environmental well-being, she excels in both technical proficiency and strategic planning. Catt is passionate about creating a positive impact on the planet through networking with like-minded organizations and individuals to bring light, peace, joy, and love to their  endeavors aligning with their purposes to foster environmental and societal well-being.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys playing tennis, dancing, solving jigsaw puzzles, and exploring the wonders of astronomy.

Myrna

International Brand Liaison

Myrna Dotti is a passionate driven entrepreneur. Motivated, meticulous and ambitious with strong skills in sales development and client relationship management, which she has accumulated through her educational experience and over many years of working in sales internationally.

Myrna has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Buenos Aires in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Posgrade in Business Analytics. She has extensive professional experience in sales, which she has gained with companies in various countries.

Myrna is the founder and sole owner of Maximise Solutions, UAE based, which company provides business consulting services related to sales development and growth in the Middle East. Myrna is the Commercial Director of Las Cárcavas, a real estate development in Punta del Este, Uruguay. She has worked with Optimum Agriculture in her position as Middle East Sales Manager within US operations, and led all aspects of the company’s sales activities through Middle East region.

Myrna served as a Commercial Executive with the prominent company KOLFF S.A. in Santiago, Chile, and also held the position of Account Executive with the company Panorama Minero in Buenos Aires.
